The villa which is 160 square metres has been constructed from the latest modern materials, insulated with Isorast which keeps the villa cool in the summer and warm in the winter. A hand-crafted solid oak staircase takes you up to the second floor, where the main bedroom and 2nd bedroom/study overlook the beautiful crystal clear waters of the Ionian. The main bedroom is a generous size and has an ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, wc, sink, bidet and 2 doors giving access for easy use with the second bedroom which is also a good size. From the hallway a door opens out onto a large veranda which is an ideal spot for sunbathing.
