This property is one of the
original old stone built houses of Vliho. It is the middle house of a
terrace of 3 & is situated back from the main coastal road on the rear
access road of Vliho. It needs complete renovation including demolition
of the first floor as only the ground floor has been built of stone with the
top floor having been added on at a later date & made from metal sheeting &
wood & this with age has deteriorated.
The
building has stood empty for many years but is connected to water &
electricity. It has withstood earthquakes & the ground floor walls appear to
provide a good solid structure to work from
